Dell Fan Stalled

On my dell W5300, the fan is running but I get a fault stating the fan has stalled. I think there is only one fan, and as far as I can tell this is running. On seitching the printer on , it goes through a self test, then the ststus changes to Ready. After a short pause, it runs and a 927 Service stalled fan error message appears. Can anyone help solve this problem
