My Dell 42' Plasma Has No Sound, I Can Get Sound With My Boise Sound System.
Is there a sound card I could replace and where is it located?

If you can get sound from the Bose hooked to the tv then the tv has sound. The tv has to pass the sound along to the bose system. It is possible the tv speakers are bad, or that the tv's speakers are turned off. You can check to see it the tv's speakers are turned off by going to the menu, then audio settings.
