How Does One Enable Wireless Connection On Vostro 3350

I am trying to connect my new Vostro 3350 to my wireless network at home. How do I initiate the wireless connection on the Vostro3350 laptop

I'm facing the same problem with my Dell vostro 3550 Windows 7 32 bit.My laptop is not finding wireless internet connections.

Is it due to the absence of network adapters?There is only one Network adapter showing in device Manager that is "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller".Please help.
