Dell V313 Aio Printer Will Not Work

I can not get the printer to install. I have downloaded the printer driver because the disk was lost. I have an operating system of Windows Vista Home Basic and using windows 8. When I try to "install a Printer" the list does not give me the Dell V313 option. When I go to "control Panel" then "devise manager" it shows Dell V313. However, when I try to print, it states that no printer is installed. Ask if I want to install it and then it is not on the list.

Please click on the link mentioned below to install the drivers for your printer. Before you begin please select correct operating system.

I would also suggest you to uninstall the older version of printer software and unplug the printer as well.
