Unresponsive Dell Studio 540
Got a white screen - shut down to reboot, but doesn't reboot - no sound - no lights - nothing. Although the green light in the back below the powercord is steady green.

Am sorry to hear about the issue. Is there any error message? You can run the 32 bit system diagnostics to isolate any Hardware failure. Just restart system and hit F12 onset and run test. You can revert back to me with Results and we'll move forward from there.
