Can A Raid Array Be Configured After Small Business Server 2003 Is Running?

I have a Poweredge 840 server that was purchased with a raid configuration but somehow the array has been removed. Can the raid array be set up again now without rebuilding the server? Small Business Server 2003 is up and running and I can't loose the working installation. If this is possible, please provide the steps necessary to achieve this. Thank you. Frank Regina

You can download and install Open Manage Server Administrator (OMSA) into Windows Operating System. Here is a link for download and installation. You might want to choose an advance installation option and make sure the storage options are selected. You will need that in order to create and manage your hard drives.

Then once you have OMSA installed you can use the page from this Manual on OMSA to create another virtual disk with the remaining hard drives you have installed in the server.
