How To Setup Dell Poweredge 1950 Server For Windows 2008 Installation

The easiest way to install Windows on a Dell PowerEdge server is to use the Dell Systems Management Tools and Documentation DVD ISO (SMTD)
Here's a SMTD 7.3:-

Just download and burn this ISO into a DVD if you do not have in hand. Boot from it and follow the prompt. It is quite straight forward.
