Dell Optiplex 790 Won't Turn On And A Three Is On The Front

The diagnostic led 3 showing could possibly mean a A possible system board failure has occurred. Try unplugging the computer. Allow one minute for the power to drain. Plug the computer into a working electrical outlet and press the power button. You can also reseat the processor as well.
