Attempts To Start And Fails And It's Continuos And Ram If Removed It Beeps

Without detailed information as to what errors you receive I can only offer basic advice. Verify if there are any beeps at boot up. Disconnect all internal units. IE hdd and DVD drive and other external units and try a reboot without them. See if you can enter the bios and check the error log which will give you faults that have occurred. If the unit then starts add each unit until the faulty unit if any stops the system. This is a link to a manual giving the info on the machine. Resetting the CMOS by removing the battery may fix it but that would then need to be reconfigured.
