How Do I Actvate Wifi

I have pushed f2 and fn f2 numerous times to no effect to get into bios to turn on the wifi???The switch is in wifi position

How to Turn on Wireless on a Dell Latitude Laptop

Push the wireless switch on the left side of the laptop to enable wireless.
Press and hold the "Fn" key and press the "F2" key to enable wireless.
