Hi morvijangid,

I would recommend you to update BIOS and Quickset application from Dell support website http://dell.to/1AoVSrY and check for the performance. If the issue persists, you may restore your system to a particular date when your computer was working fine. If system restore doesn't help, I would suggest you to restore the computer to factory defaults or call Dell technical support for further assistance.
