My Dell Inspiron N5050 Mouse Pad Wont Work

The problem is that you might accidentally disabled the mousepad by pressing the short cut key for that. Look the F1 to F12 buttons for the shortcut key with photo od\f mouse pad on it.

Or one more think can happen, your mouse pad driver got disabled or uninstall. Go to dell site and download the latest driver of mouse pad according to your model no and reinstall it. It might solve your problem. Keep me updated.

Hi mvluket,

I'm a part of Dell Social Media Team. Try to hold down the FN key and tap the F3 key to Enable / Disable touch pad.

If that does not work, download and install the updated driver for the touchpad from here: http://dell.to/1eTfoci reboot your computer and test.
