Hi Qubeccity,

I would like to know few details in order to help you with the issue:

1. Are you getting any error message when you try to connect to Internet?
2. Are you able to see any wireless networks?
3 Please let me know the Operating System which you are using?

Reinstall the network drivers of the computer from the link mentioned below:
