Dell Inspiron M531r Black Screen With 4 Beeps

My 1 year old Dell Inspiron M531R all of a sudden went blank (black screen) and began beeping with 4 beeps. Upon start up this continues but a few times, it acted as if it was to boot up, but would not load windows 10. Actually, after it sat all night the first night, I was able to boot it up and use it for short period. The black screen returned and also the beeps...4 of them over and over. Is this a memory issue or overheating?

Most likely a memory issue. Four 'Beeps' indicate a memory issue, open the case, remove and blow out the slots and reinstall all the modules.
