How To Reset Dell Inspiron Im5030 Laptop

Press and hold the "Ctrl" and "F11" keys simultaneously as soon as you restart/start the computer. The "Dell PC Restore by Symantec" window will appear. Then Click "Restore." Make sure that you remove all plugs and usb connections before you perform this.
