Laptop Have No Battery Life

why does my computer does not charge do i have to buy a new charger? and if i have to could you guide me to where and which is better charger for inspiron 1750 dell laptop

In my experience, it is typically not the charer that is the problem - but rather the battery.  I would replace the battery.
