No Audio Output Device Installed.

I did everything, device manager, add legacy hardware, download the compatible audio device that DELL provides, but still, i can't install it because it says windows has encountered problems installing it. The reason is not working my audio is because i was updating my driver then the audio stopped working and it looks like i have no audio installed. Even though i see it in my device manager the High Definition Audio i think that was the name. Please help.

Hi moihell,

I'm a part of Dell Social Media Team. Kindly uninstall the audio driver from the Device Manager, restart computer and download and install the updated version of audio drivers from here: http://dell.to/TdQcDJ. One you are on the page, choose the relevant Operating System and download the Driver.

Let me know if how it goes.
