What Is Paper Mismatch? How Do I Fix It?

Hi,
My name is Amit and I work for work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. With reference to your question, you are getting this error code because the default paper size may not match the paper that you are using.
You need to set the document size in the program’s print preferences.
- Click on print
- Now click on properties.
- Click on advanced.
- Now chose the paper size you are using.
- Click on OK and then try to print.
If this does not resolve the issue please let me know.
