Hi,
My name is Rathish and I am working with Dell Social Media Team.
You have mentioned in the post that dell printer prints fine but the scanner doesn’t work.
In order to help you with the issue. I would like to know few things-
ð Have you tried scanning the document from the printer directly?
ð Is this message coming up when you try to print from the computer or the printer?
I request you to kindly update the driver for the printer .
Please click the link below and it will take you to the driver`s download site.
Please choose the operating system which you are using and download the printer driver and install it on the computer let’s see if that fixes the issue.
