Fan Not Working

Heater unit turns on whrn plugged in (Lights and display light up). But when I press the button that turns on the fan and heat, I can feel the heat is on, but the fan does not turn on (I can hear a slight "humming" noise) but no heat blowing out. I tried unplugging and plugging back into the electrical outlet, but still not working. It was working ok last night, but not this morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
