Cold Air But Temp Doesn't Change

So I have started up my a/c unit for the first time this year. I cleaned the filter and the whole unit before starting. It is blowing out cold air but the temperature stays at 75F or goes up. The room is about 300 sqft so much smaller then what the unit can do. I have had it running for 4 hours now and does not change. Continues to run. I have closed the door to that room, blinds and curtains are closed so no reason why the temperature should go down. I can feel that the room is cooler so not sure what is going on or what to do.
