Interior Rear Wall Of The Fridge Visibly Freezes.

Danby DFF501WDD interior rear wall of the fridge visibly freezes. We took the panel off and ice had formed around lines. The dial setting is set on 3. All items are placed to the right and left of each air flow vent. The refrig has been defrosted and ready to put things back. Any suggestions?
