Remote Rc65x Buttons Wont Work

Hi, your remote may just need to be reprogrammed with the correct code for your TV. You can find the instructions for reprogramming your DirecTV remote control at the link below:
- How to program a DirecTV remote control
If the buttons still won't work, try changing the batteries. If that doesn't help, you may need a new remote.
