Does Directv Replace Remote Down Channel Select Does Not Work

I'm pretty sure when we had DirecTV that they replaced a non-working remote for us. You can contact them here to request a new one. (I don't think you need to send the old one back.)
Before you request a new remote, you might want to try just reprogramming the remote. Sometimes a different code will allow all of the buttons to work. You can find instructions for reprogramming the remote here:
