Can't Get It To Open Anything - Need Help.
I must be missing something. I can not get it to open anything. 4-5 cans in the 3 months I have had it. Cuisinart wants to charge shipping an handling (for them to send me a new one and for me to ship them the old one - about $25) on top of the $50 I paid. Do these openers really work and i just cant get it to work? Doesn't puncture the can lid, doesn't cantch the can lid, if I lift the lever up and press slightly in - it will rotate a bit - doesn't help without the can.
