Carafe Top Will Not Let Brewing Coffee Through. Cleaning & Shaking Don't Work.
I tried soaking overnight and gentlely shaking to no avail. Coffee spills everywherenye very little coffee makes it into the carafe. Help?

I am so sorry to inform you that the orfice tube that connects to your brewing station has either become very clogged with I get consistent with hard water if you do not have a water softener if you do have a water softener it is common for these Orvis tubes which is a small thin plastic tube to collapse on itself from various suction over time. Does producing the problem you have now. Austin it is cheaper to buy a new one then it is to have this orifice tube replaced due to the heat that your maker produces this will happen in time after time again it is better to get an automatic drip did it is to have a similar machine like this. The old saying goes you get what you pay for. But not all things is true I would go with a Keurig if I were you. Sorry for the upsetting news I did not mean to disappoint you
