I Was Using My Zt1 42e And Going Up A Slight Incline I Got An Error Code 116

After Calibration of my Cub cadet and getting ready to use it for the first time. I got what looked like a 116 error code and the mower stopped moving and stalled. This was pulling out of the garage and proceeding to the front lawn which has a slight incline. I ended having to lower the mower back into the garage by using my tow hitch on my car. it Cleared but it keeps popping up.
