I Am Getting An Error Message E101 And It Mmu Mower Is Not Charging

I Am Getting An E101 error code just putting in key and not getting any further because it is shutting everything down to engine.i was told it was a seat switch but it doesnt pan out.Got any more ideas

This Error message often indicates the charging voltage is too low. It is often caused by a long extension cord or an extension cord which is not rated for the current required by the battery
