1 Year Old Cc30e Won't Charge And I Get A 101e Error Message.

I was close to 3% on battery when I stopped mowing and drove my CC30e to the charging area. The mower would not charge. The charger would "blink green" 11 or 12 times, and then start "blinking red". I thought it might be hot (I'm in Louisiana) and waited an hour before trying again. Same thing. The mower is 1 year and 2 weeks old. The screen now states 0%, E101, and above the error message it states "61.7" with a single bar blinking on the battery icon. Is it the mower or charger that's messed up and how do I fix it?
