Cub Cadet Cc 30h Will Not Start

When I turn the key, I hear a fast repeating da-da-da-da-da-da whether I am seated or not. I can see safety switches depressed for the blade dis-engagement and discharge chute. The parking brake is engaged but I do not see a safety switch connected to it. Battery has charge.

There are many reasons why a Cub Cadet lawn mower won't start including a loose spark plug connection, plugged air filter, bad fuel pump, bad battery, corrosion on the electrical components, dirty carburetor, bad switches or a faulty charging system.
