Zte Engage Keeps Shuting Off

My zte engage keeps shutting off randomly and it has a full battery. The only time it stays on is while its on its charger. What is wrong with my phone.

This might be a software issue on the device so, just try to reset your device once and then check. If it continues the same then contact Cricket they'll help you with solving the issue.

Just do the master reset on your phone by following steps

1.Power off the phone.Press and hold “Vol+”, and “Power” key until the phone goes to recovery mode.
2.Press “Vol+”,and “Vol-” at the same time(or press home key),the screen will appears some choices:reboot system now;apply update from external storage;wipe data/factory reset;wipe cache partition;apply data from cache;apply update from data;
3.Use “Vol+” and “Vol-“ to move the cursor up and down.
4.Move cursor to “wipe data/factory reset”, press “power” key to select it.
5. Move cursor down to “Yes – delete all user data” and press “power” key to select it.
6.The cursor will be on “reboot system now” at the end, so just press “power” key to reboot the phone normally. If it works then it is fine and if doesn't then contact manufacture for help.
