My Zte Engage Phone Keeps Shutting Off Even When Its Charged What Should I Do?

my zte engage is shutting offfor no reason even when its fully charged every time i take it out of the charger it just shuts down sometimes sometimes it does work without the charger for only two minutes then shut down i already i already also tried to go to the recovery mode and click this wipe date/factory reset but it did no help what should i do?
