I broke my phone accidentaly two days ago, if i have insurance on my phone can I get a new one or do i get a discount?

To file a claim for a replacement phone, please contact Assurant Solutions at 1-866-217-5787 or go to mywirelessclaim.com.

Please note: You will need to pay the deductible as required by Assurant Solutions at the time your file a claim. (this amount varies according to what type of phone you have)
