If these steps do not solve the issue, you can contact Creative's customer support or look for a local electronics repair shop that specializes in repairing portable media players. Be sure to ask if they have experience with repairing Creative Zen Touch 2 players specifically.
If the player cannot be repaired, there may still be a way to retrieve your music. If the music was transferred to the player from a computer, you should still have a copy of the files on the computer. If not, you can try connecting the player to a computer and see if it is still recognized as a removable storage device. You may be able to retrieve the music files from the player's storage.
