Touch 2 Sensitivity
my player's touch pressure sensitivity no longer allows me to select icon apps, where can I get the player fixed? Have music I want to retrieve from the player and hope the player can be repaired

If your Creative Zen Touch 2's touch sensitivity is not working properly, you can try resetting the player by pressing and holding the "Reset" button on the side of the player with a pin or paperclip for about 10 seconds. If that does not work, you can try updating the player's firmware through the Creative website.
If these steps do not solve the issue, you can contact Creative's customer support or look for a local electronics repair shop that specializes in repairing portable media players. Be sure to ask if they have experience with repairing Creative Zen Touch 2 players specifically.
If the player cannot be repaired, there may still be a way to retrieve your music. If the music was transferred to the player from a computer, you should still have a copy of the files on the computer. If not, you can try connecting the player to a computer and see if it is still recognized as a removable storage device. You may be able to retrieve the music files from the player's storage.
