Security Word For Real Estate Ads

When we are posting a rental ad, the window which gives the security word to type in does not appear. We have tried multiple times to place an ad with no success. Can you help us?

There should be a graphic that shows up with a word you are supposed to type. Firstly, try restarting the ad process. If the graphic still does not appear, it may be something with your system. You may want to alter your internet settings to allow certain images to be displayed. You can also try using another computer, if you have access to it.
