Posting Real Estate

when I go to the real estate for sale by dealer, I go to post in the upper r corner. I flips to the area where I check for sale by dealer. then it goes to another classification but there is no section that relates to real estate. there is general, farm & garden, etc and it will not go forward UNTIL I check an area. what do I need to do????
