Hello,

Please make sure you have ports turned on, enabled scripts and importantly, you have the sent/Received connectivity.

This seems to be a browser issue, which can be solved by following the numbered points at this prior Help Owl answer. (In addition, make sure you haven't disabled any scripts.)
