Reply Button On Craigs List

When i click on "reply", it changes color, but nothing else happens, so i cant reply to an add. How can i fix this?

The reply button won't work unless the advertiser chose to use Craigslist's anonymize function. Look for contact information in the ad. If it's not there, no one can reply.
