Someone Else Posting And Locked Out Of My Account.

Someone has posted several things on my account page. When I found them it said they were flagged but some were posted several times. One looked like a business approximately 140 miles from here. All showed deleted later. I got locked out of my account so changed my password. I was posting an item and it just disappeared. Never did find it. I am now locked out again. Are these problems related? Should I be doing something more?

If you haven't yet, use the "contact us" link (https://losangeles.craigslist.org/contact). Otherwise, you could try abandoning your account. (Either work without an account, which is not really necessary, or set up an entirely new account with a new password and a new email address. This may not work either, however.) If these workarounds don't succeed, you'll likely be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/.
