I Have An Account With Password. My Things Are Posted.can't See Them On List?

I have an accout,password, shows all my stuff and the list says they are all published. Put on the list I cannot see any of them and no one else can either!! How do I fix this. The E-Mail tell me to cut and paste an E-Mail they sent me to my browser. I really don't get this or what it is supposed to do. Answer me please if you can help!!!!!
