Posting Ad And Incomplete Emails From Craigslist.

I didn't always have this problem but here it is. When i get the email to publish my ad, the page is blank. Then I aske for them to resend and get an email saying there are no urls associated with my email. I have also asked for email to reset my account password and the response from craigslist is blank. Can anyone help me with what to do about this problem. Right now I have no way to post. Thanks
