I Posted My Ad 3times And No-show.only Get Faqs As Response To Help

I have tried posting my listing 3 times over last 24 hrs and altho I get Posting ID# it never shows up in the Craigslist postings. Everytime I email to ask question, I only get FAQs sent back and don't help either. Please help. I needed this ad up this weekend.
