You may want to switch to another browser, like Firefox, which could be the simplest solution. Otherwise, the instructions at http://utdsl.com/Page%20cannot%20be%20displayed.htm should work—but you may have to follow the last instruction [reinstall IE].

I suggest that it's better if you ask Craiglist or CL if your account there is still active or still authorize to access their website or if your IP address wasn't block. CL is known for their strict implementation of policy. Please note that I am only trying to help you determine the cause and also suggest things that might help you in solving this.
