Cannot Log In, Access Contactus Page, Or The Forum

For the last two days, I have been unable to log in, reach the "contactus"page, the forum, or post anything on the Craigslist. I get an error message "Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage." I have Windows XP, Internet Explorer 8. I have sent emails asking for help and I get replies with links to the same pages with this error message. Thank you.
