I Am Unable To Get My Ad Posted On Craigslist.

I can't get my ad to post on Craigslist. I've used the site successfully several times but just recently found out I should delete the posting after my item sells instead of letting it expire naturally as I've always done. Would you please help me get "unblocked" so I can sell my item? The contact info I've always used on Craigslist is [email protected] and the phone number is 619-286-2868. Thanks for your help. David
