When I go in to my acct in craigslist and try and access a site shows IP address blocked

I gather you can't get into a website whose IP address is blocked. There are ways to overcome that hurdle. See http://websearch.about.com/od/anonymoussurfingsafety/tp/unblock-blocked-sites.htm. (Not all of the suggestions will apply to your situation.)
