How Can I Fix The 'recaptcha' Is Undefined Error When Replying To Personals Ads?

when I try to reply to a personals ad No captcha shows up and I get the error 'recaptcha' is undefined. How do you fix this error?

In IE8, I have been working around the error by right clicking the mouse and selecting "Refresh Picture with Full Quality". Seems to work for me.
