Why Are 'active' Ads Not Showing When Searched For?

I often have posted several ads. They appear as being active when I search for them under "My Account". But when I try to view them by searching with a word, etc, from the ad copy, they do not appear to be published?

Sometimes it takes up to 1/2 hour for your ads to show in the index, but more often than not it's a phenomenon called "Ghosting". There are a lot of reasons why this can happen, but figuring them out is often next to impossible without the proper knowledge and tools. I use this eBook and the network tools it contains, and I no longer have any problems with Ghosting or Blocking from Craigslist:

It's a good read.
