I Have 2 Confirmed Posts For Craigslist But Neither Post Has Appeared.

Both posts were confirmed today and appear as active on my CL account manage page but neither post has appeared. When writing to CL all that comes back is a meaningless preprinted page of no help. I have used CL for 8 years and this has never happened. What is going on. What can I do. Thanks
