What Does Posting Error Mean??

I am trying to post a new item. When I complete all the information requests it will not post. Instead a posting errorvmessage appears. It briefly says there is missing information or misinformation

Sounds like a server error' Wait a couple of hours and try again unless you are blocked from posting.
